Privacy policy

1. What we collect

Account: your email address, display name, avatar URL (from your sign-in provider) and preferred language.

Game data: your predictions, points, and the leagues you create or join.

Technical: short-lived server logs (errors, abuse prevention).

2. What we never do

We do not sell your data. We show no ads. We build no behavioral or gambling-risk profiles. Your email is used for signing in and (if enabled later) game notifications you can unsubscribe from in one click.

3. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep you signed in — they carry no tracking.

Google Analytics runs ONLY if you accept the cookie banner; declining loads nothing. You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

4. Who processes your data

Hosting and database: Vercel and Supabase. Analytics (only with consent): Google. Transactional email (when active): Resend. Match data comes from a sports data provider and contains no personal data.

Some processors may handle data outside the EU under standard contractual safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Your account data lives as long as your account does. League rosters are purged around 30 days after the tournament ends. Server logs are short-lived.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing.

To delete your account and data, email privacy@pronofans.com from your account address (a one-tap path is also described on your Account page). Deletion is completed within 30 days.
